We are currently accepting new members for the Departure: The act of leaving to start a journey (A How-To).

This workshop is designed to support folks facing difficult life transitions using storytelling as a healing mechanism. Whether it is a job, a relationship or an institution that longer serves you, finding and telling your story can be a powerful tool in helping you move through departures and find your way towards freedom. Learn more here.

We strive to co-create spaces where healing feels accessible to our community. It's importance that finances are not an obstacle to you getting the support that you need. The investment for this group starts at $25 per session.
