Thank you for your interest in the Y-Hike.  As COVID-19 restrictions have eased in our region and at Caltech, we are cautiously optimistic and moving forward with our trip.  We will, however, continue to follow directives from Caltech and the Pasadena Public Health Department, will continue watching other fires in the region, and you should use your judgement regarding the decision to sign up for this trip.  Should we need to cancel the trip for any reason, a full refund of the Y-Hike Fee will be provided.  Should you decide to cancel yourself, please understand that we may be unable to refund your payments entirely (we will do what we can).  If you do have a change in plans, the earlier you can let us know the better.

The Y-Hike is designed in part based on the abilities and interests of trip participants.  Please complete all applicable fields so that we can organize a trip that is best suited to each participant in our group.
