Accelerate is a 3-day leadership intensive designed for leaders in the early stages of their leadership, especially new and emerging managers or department leaders who have a growing responsibility in their organization.
The Accelerate Leadership Intensive provides three days of outstanding leadership principles as well as clarity on your leadership style and its impact on your organization. The capstone is an opportunity to complete an organizational-related project with the guidance of our consultants.
Accelerate will be held in Dublin, PA on the following dates:
May 2025 Cohort (accepting applications!) Tuesday, May 13 – Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm.
While we do not offer overnight lodging, we are happy to help you find other accommodations.
Those interested in participating must submit an application, include two (2) references, and participate in a 10-minute phone interview.
The cost for the intensive is $1,200. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $300 will be due to hold your place. The final payment of $900 is due two weeks prior to the event (April 29).
