Co-president (2 positions)
The formal leaders/administrators of the club. As a team you will
divide and conquer the tasks that the single president and vice-president formerly
carried out. Responsible for overall club coordination, preside at club board and exec
meetings, planning board and exec meetings (creating powerpoints, agendas, etc),
assisting with and creating club strategic plans, represent the club at public events,
local businesses, and Rotary meetings (including monthly president’s meetings) as
needed.
Secretary

Maintain club email inbox, take notes during meetings, maintain online Google Drive, maintain all club administrative records, and track members' involvements and attendance with the club.

Communication Director (Possibly 2)
Maintain club social media accounts, contact media
when needed, post information about club events to relevant parties, collect and
organize club photos, and create bi-weekly newsletter.
Treasurer
Coordinate all financial roles and responsibilities as they pertain to the club,
such as signing over bank accounts, having custody of club funds, paying club bills and
reimbursements, and maintaining financial records.
Club Engagement (Possibly 2)
Coordinate social events and volunteer opportunities, organize icebreakers for meetings. Recognize and record member achievements and birthdays, engage members, and update the club’s Whats-app group chats.
Club Manager
The ULSU contact - Organize club rush week, renew club room, book
room for general meetings and events, apply for grants, attend monthly council
meetings, check the club’s mailbox in the Student’s Union Office, and renew club
ratification documents.
Rotary Engagement (Possibly 2)

 Find and coordinate opportunities for Rotarians to mentor Rotaractors, and for Rotaractors to mentor Rotarians, maintain contact and promote relationships with the local Rotary and Interact clubs, present bridging opportunities to Rotaract Club, and schedule District Governor to visit our club. Also coordinates with the Secretary to manage membership through MyRotary and ClubRunner.
