The Baltimore City Fair Election Fund Commission is responsible for educating the citizens of Baltimore about the Fair Election Fund and how to participate. It is also responsible for conducting periodic reviews of the matching rates, qualifying thresholds, maximum cap on public funds, and other aspects of the program.
