Request for Seat in Coding Camp
Event Timing: June 6 - June 9, 2022; 8a-1p w/breakfast and lunch provided

Coding Camp is open to students who attended RBSHS or MCJH and were in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade for 2021-22 school year.  Students will learn coding through individual and group work using a variety of end user devices and coding robots.  Languages learned will depend on prior student exposure but include HTML/CSS, Python and JavaScript.  Students will also explore careers in Computer Science and aligned Programs of Study offered through their high school. Seating is limited and parents will be notified by 5/23/22 if student is being given a seat to attend.   The reservation deadline is 5/20/22.

Parents acknowledge seating is limited and they will be notified by email by May 23 if  student receives a seat.  Parents will be required to provide an updated Student Internet Acceptable Use Policy form prior to the start of camp.  The form can be found at https://core-docs.s3.amazonaws.com/documents/asset/uploaded_file/395239/AUP_Student_--_Acrobat_Page_Document.pdf

Parents must supply transportation to and from camp and students must arrive on-time for class and do not leave class early.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Dress Code and Discipline Policies are the same as regular school year.  Policies are found at
