We aren’t running experts, but our programs are well-known for producing more efficient & healthier athletes!
Over the 8 weeks, you can choose to meet with us once/twice a week to STACK, join us in our community runs on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, or go solo and do it on your own. Our coaches will help fine-tune your movement habits & work with you through exercises that cater to better and healthier adaptations of your body. Every week, we build on different concepts with specific areas of focus, stacking things up in a way that sets you up for a stronger and better run!
Whether you’re looking to run your first race or to just looking into running better, you should join us!

Cost including 8 weeks of training + community runs: $480
Note we will be doing a pre-test to determine our 1.6km pace on 3rd August at 7:30am! You can otherwise do this on your own time as this will be used to determine your tempo on Tempo Tuesdays!
