My boat is insured with valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of £3,000,000 (Byelaw 74)

Under Byelaw 71 and 72 of the club constitution the committee has certain powers with regard to abandoned or unauthorised boats on the club’s premises.

I accept that I have sole responsibility for my children/wards under 18 and appreciate that the club cannot be expected to exercise supervision or control either on or off the water.

Please be aware that while PSC has a Child Protection Policy (please contact the Honorary Secretary for a copy), the Club does not, at present, request CRB checks for any of its members.

Photographs and videos are frequently taken at Club events and may be posted on the Club website. Children will be identified by first names only but if you do not wish any photographs of your children to appear on the website please inform the Honorary Secretary
