Yearbook Spread Contract 2022-23
After you fill out this contract, we will contact you for an events calendar, meeting times and an officers list. Reserve your spot before the deadline on Friday, Aug. 26, 2022.
Payment for your yearbook spread must be made no later than Dec. 9, 2022 to Patricia Sepulveda in the business office. I will provide invoices as soon as the contract has been received. Journalistic Spread Details ($100 for one spread)
For sports, we typically offer one spread per varsity team and one spread with combined JV/9th grade sports combined. However, coaches may order more spreads than that. Please let me know which teams/organizations you want covered on your spread(s). You can also request to combine organizations that have similar purposes or activities. I will review that request and determine if we can cover the groups together.

Please specify events that you request to be covered, including meetings, events, concerts, games, banquets and trips. Also consider sharing your organization calendar with your reporter once that reporter is assigned.
Optional: Team/Club Senior Dedication Page for Senior Members (additional charge)
Coaches and club sponsors can purchase a full page senior dedication ad to feature senior players or club members. This means that you can determine all of the content on the page, including posed shots, selfies, special portraits, group shots and a message or letter to the seniors graduating from your program. The cost of this full-page senior ad (max. 12 photos and 200 words of text) is just an additional $150, a discounted rate for faculty and staff. A spread costs $250 (two facing pages, max. 24 photos).  Please note that these pages are in addition to the spread you reserve for $100. The senior ad pages will be designed by yearbook staff but you will be able to make any changes, customize it and approve it before it prints. Please see examples from previous yearbooks below.

Contract Agreement
By hitting submit, I agree that I will abide by and understand the Prior Review policy listed on the Yearbook Central page at www.aztecgold.net and agree to pay for my yearbook spread by Dec. 9, 2022 from my club/team funds. I understand transfers can be made in the business office or by contacting Ms. Patricia Sepulveda. I will provide an events schedule when requested and inform the yearbook staff of events that reporters can attend. I will also provide a list of captains and/or student leaders in my group that can be interviewed.
