Dear Potential MYS Mentor,

This is an opportunity to describe who you are, how YOUR unique skills and interest will enhance the MYS Camp experience for kids and coaches alike. Be sure to follow these instructions:

We also suggest that you draft your responses first, use spell-check for grammar and editing, then copy and paste into the form.

Each response should be short, concise, and written in a professional manner, NO TEXTING/SOCIAL MEDIA language.

You will receive a confirmation email 2-3 days after submission. A total of 8 Mentors will be accepted this year with priority given to returning applicants and to diversity in gender.
