English Purity Survey 2022
The purpose of this survey is to understand more about where the Boston Church of Christ is when it comes to their sexual purity.  This important information will help guide us toward meeting more needs and teaching.  

THIS IS A CONFIDENTIAL SURVEY!

We have configured the survey to NOT gather any kind of information that could be used to identify any individual participants or even the region where participants are from. A summary of the data will be shared with the elders and region leaders.

The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.  There are a few questions towards the end which are for married couples.  

If you are not married, please just mark those questions as N/A (Not Applicable).
If you do not have a smartphone, or you prefer to not take the survey on your smartphone, please let us know, as we have paper copies of the survey.

If someone else needs to use your smartphone, simply log out and then log in again for the new person.
