Becoming a member of a church is an important step for each believer, therefore we are honored and thankful for your desire to become a part of the body of Christ at Holly Springs Missionary Baptist Church (HSMBC). We highly encourage church membership as a means of personal spiritual growth and of commitment to the upbuilding of the kingdom of God.

Please carefully work through the following membership questionnaire. It is designed to assist you in articulating your faith and desire for church membership.

Membership is open to any person who is willing to affirm the following statements and demonstrate their commitment to a lifestyle which is actively pursuing them:

Personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
Agree with and will uphold the mission, vision and values of HSMBC by abiding by the Constitution and By-Laws of this Church.
Demonstrate a commitment to each other and to God by consistently giving of one’s time, talents, and financial support to the ministries of the Church.

Submitting this questionnaire does NOT obligate you as a member of HSMBC. Once submitted a member of the Ministerial Staff will contact you to discuss your submission within 24 hours.
