Hi there! I’m Ashley, the sole operator of BradyLady Bakery. I am a hobby baker and operate out of my home kitchen in Spokane Valley, WA, specializing in custom decorated sugar cookies. I do not bake or decorate cookies in a licensed, commercial kitchen, as stated, this is for hobby only. Please complete this form and allow one week for a response to your request. Completion of this form *DOES NOT* place your order, I will review your submission and see if it fits my availability and something I can create.

All cookies are full sized (3.5”-4.5”) and come in a wide variety of shapes. Generally 1 dozen cookies has 4 shapes (3 of each) that are fully customized. While I am happy to work together to create your set, please know that I do my best work when given creative freedom within some basic parameters. I DO NOT copy the work of others, but am happy to draw inspiration from photos you send once we start our correspondence. All cookies come individually heat sealed and remain perfectly fresh for 7-10 days, so you can plan accordingly. They also freeze like a dream, and can be frozen for up to 6 months in an airtight container. My cookie recipes are nut-free, but I am not a nut-free kitchen or home. When do you need your order? This is not the date of your event, it is the day you need the cookies in hand. I do not accept orders less than one week from when you need them, cookies are a multi-day process. PRICING: $60+ per dozen

All custom orders start at a base price of $60/dozen, I do not take orders smaller than this. Below is a photo of what a base priced order looks like. I have add on costs for specialty items: hand-painting, metallics, florals/texture techniques, and characters based/logos. If you have a question about your ideas falling into an “add-on” category, please ask in the comments below and I’ll address them in my email response. Keep in mind, *most* of the sets I post on Instagram/Facebook fall in the $65-$75 range, as I choose to showcase my more detailed sets. EACH ORDER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A CUSTOM QUOTE BASED ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.

AS OF 2024, I WILL NO LONGER BE CREATING LICENSED CHARACTER IMAGES ON COOKIES, DUE TO LEGAL REASONS. I am happy to create a set loosely BASED off of a character, but will not be including the faces or characters your kids know and love, I do apologize. This may mean silhouettes and images commonly found surrounding your favorites, without the images themselves (see below).

I am happy to discuss logos you have the rights to, but I will not be re-creating logo that are anything more than one color and simple words/monogram. Detailed logos can not be replicated my hand, they’re just not in my wheelhouse, so sorry!

Let’s talk about your order! Tell me about the event; theme; color scheme; favorite interests, names, ages, phrases you’d like included, etc. Please collect images to send once we start correspondence via email. Things that I love to see are: invitations, party decor photos, color scheme, etc. I love visual ideas, it makes it much easier to match cookies to photo inspiration! *

All cookies are my signature vanilla bean sugar cookie recipe with soft bite royal icing. I can also upgrade your order to another flavor for an additional cost: *

I do require payment in full to reserve your order and spot on my calendar. I ask that all payments are made within 48 hours of receiving your quote or we agree on the details. Any orders not paid within 48 hours will be removed to make room for another order and you will need to start the request process over again if you’re still interested. My schedule fills up on a first come, first serve basis. At this time, I accept Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay as payment options, details will be provided in your email response. All orders are refundable up to 7 days before your order date in the original form of payment received. After that, I have already begun your cookies, so I am unable to issue a refund. I am no longer offering delivery. All orders will picked up from my porch in the Ponderosa area of Spokane Valley (near Dishman Mica and 44th), address is provided on the invoice sent. I may have opportunities to meet halfway for a small fee, but the delivery area has been stretched too far, and I don’t have the capacity to continue to offer this service.
