Welcome to the City of Lakes Music Society Strings Retreat!
(for amateur adult strings musicians ages 18+)

August 14 to 18, 2024 (final concert at 1:30 pm on Sunday August 18)

Start of event: 9 am Wednesday August 14, Thorneloe University

Participants are welcome to attend the Meet & Greet dinner at the Idylwylde Golf & Country Club, 400 Walford Rd, Sudbury, beginning at 5:30 pm. on Tuesday Aug 13.

TUITION FEE & MEAL PLAN

Strings Retreat Registration fee: $425.00

Lunch: $85 for the entire retreat

The lunch plan for the week will include 5 buffet lunches served in the residence kitchen. The meal plan is optional.

For those who prefer to bring their own food, the Thorneloe kitchen is equipped with a fridge and stove, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, bowls, spatulas, can openers etc. The fridge is shared therefore space may be limited.

Complimentary coffee and tea is available to all participants.

Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottle and coffee mug.
