The following form is designed to facilitate reporting of inappropriate behaviour during any activities hosted by the Living Data Project (LDP), an initiative of the Canadian Institute of Ecology and Evolution (CIEE). However, if you wish to report something that occurred outside this context, we are here to listen. Please provide an answer to all of the questions.

The LDP takes our Code of Conduct seriously, and we are committed to maintaining inclusive environments in which all participants are treated with dignity and respect. We encourage anyone who has experienced or witnessed a violation of our Code of Conduct to report what happened. You can read our full Code of Conduct at https://ciee-icee.ca/ldp.html.

We have provided this form for those who wish to report anonymously. Trust that anonymous reports will be considered with great care; each report will be evaluated by a committee of the LDP and we will take action to the best of our ability. However, our inability to follow up with anonymous reporters may impact the actions we decide to take.
