Registration for Gujarati Class 2023-2024
1 - All students age 6 years & up are welcome to join. 
2 - Entries will be accepted on a first-come basis.
3 - Please fill out separate registration entry for each sibling. 
4 - Entry must be submitted with all requested information and payment before the deadline of August 21,  2023. 
5 -  Students will be responsible for their class supply (more details will be given after registration is confirmed and during parents info session on class material).
6 -  Classes will be in person on Sundays 12pm or 1pm at HSNC learning center (details will be sent after enrollment is confirmed)
7 -  Once you submit your registration form but need to withdraw your entry later, please let us know before the deadline of August 21, 2023. 
8 -  The class enrollment will be year to year basis and students will have an opportunity to continue advance to next level of learning up to 5 levels.  (This year class: September 2023 to June 2024)
9 - TGA Membership is preferred, however non-members can also enroll in Gujarati Classes.
     ($150 life time membership for family, www.nctga.org) 
10 - Fees $85 per student per year for members and $125 per student per year for non-members. Link for payment is associated in the form. 
11 - Mandatory parent information session will be held on Sunday Aug 27, 2023 at HSNC from 10:00a-11:30a.
