Nuova Musica Application
For July 22 - 28, 2019 Program.  Please fill out the below form, and a program staff member will contact you to follow up within three days.  Submitting this form does not guarantee enrollment in the program.  You will be asked to schedule a brief phone interview, and to complete and sign additional program documents.  A 50% deposit is required to confirm enrollment.  The balance of the program fee is due not later than June 15, 2019.

Housing Preferences:  Housing will be in a variety of locations.  We expect each participant will have a private room.  In some housing situations bathroom facilities will be shared.  If you wish to share a room with someone else who is also applying, please indicate below (that individual should also submit an application).  Also, please note that air-conditioning is not typical of housing in this region.  If you have any accessibility concerns for your housing, or special requests, please advise below.
Meal Preferences:  Meals will generally be shared and served "family style."  If you have any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, etc.) or food allergies, please let us know below, and we will do our best to accommodate.  Typical Italian cuisine of the region includes pasta dishes and pizza (wheat-based pasta and breads), pork, red meat and other cured meats (eg: prosciutto), tomato sauce,  and cheese.
Transportation Preferences / Mobility Concerns:  Group transportation via shared rides will be arranged for program activities.  However, please be advised that a significant amount of walking, walking on an incline (Gesualdo is a hill town), and stair-climbing will be part of the daily routine.  Cobble-stone streets are typical.  If you have mobility or other accessibility concerns which may require special attention, please let us know below.
