Digital self-managment
In July and August 2021, Moray Wellbeing Hub are working on a project to raise awareness of digital tools which promote health and wellbeing. There are many such tools available nowadays. Some can help us look after ourselves better, look after someone else or access the NHS more easily. Digital health technologies use computing platforms, connectivity, software, and sensors - capturing infomation about health and helping to manage it.

This 5 minute survey aims to understand your perspective as well as increase your knowledge of supports that exist and where to go for help.

This survey is developed by Moray Wellbeing Hub CIC and part of the Discover Digital project that is funded by ALLIANCE Scotland. It closes 18th August 2021.
