Rental Request for IONA Center Banquet Hall
Please fill this form out if you are interested in renting one of IONA Center's banquet halls. Select the desired date and time of rental and the purpose the hall(s) will be rented for. NOTE: This does not guarantee reservation of the halls.

Here are some of the basic details about the banquet hall rental:

The IONA halls (Hall 1 and Hall 2) may be rented for events such as weddings, graduation/Eid parties, dinners, seminars, etc. (NOTE: Fundraising events require approval from the board.)

IONA Event Rates per Hall Rental:

The rate for casual events (seminars, dinners, etc.) for a capacity of 150 people per hall (Due to COVID-19, we are only booking parties up to 50% capacity) which include round tables (no covers), chairs, banquet tables and tea/coffee percolators is $250.00 plus $250.00 security deposit per hall or $500.00 plus $400.00 security deposit for both halls.

Service Fee: In addition to the hall rental, a service fee will be charged for minimum of four hours (at $15 per hour per person) to be paid directly to the staff. Client must pay the staff for hall cleaning time after the event ends.

NOTE: There will be an additional charge of $50 per hall per each hour past 11 (Eleven) PM.

Rental and Security Deposit Fees

Rental and Security deposit fees to be paid in advance upon management approval. Security deposit applies to any damage to the property, furniture, carpet etc.

There will be no reservation made until rental and security deposit is made and contract is signed. No money paid, no signature, no rental.
