Scheduling conflicts and prior commitments: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - Although you may not be called for all rehearsals, it is essential that you be available for rehearsals and all scheduled tech and performance dates (no conflicts will be accepted from 11/28 - 12/11). Rehearsal will begin as early as the week of 10/3/22. (A full cast read thru will take place on 9/30 beginning at 4pm). A typical rehearsal week could be , T, W, F anytime between (3:45pm - 6:30pm), (Sat. 11:00am - 3:00pm). These times and days may vary as we get closer to the end of November.  There will be no rehearsal during scheduled school breaks including Thanksgiving. The rehearsal schedule will be posted one week ahead on our website www.BCstage700.org. Please indicate any conflicts that cannot be missed and one time events: (Please indicate time, date, and if it is a one time or regularly occurring conflict (ex. 3/4 - out of town - one time, Tues. 6:00pm - 8:00pm SAT prep - regular) If you are going to be involved in the show, rehearsals need to take priority. We can especially not work rehearsals around other show rehearsal schedules and extra curriculars etc.  (PLEASE NOTE: not all conflicts will be able to be worked around and it might impact your ability to be cast.  (Conflicts not listed at the time of audition may not be accepted.) Please note - since we will be rehearsing on the stage mainly on Friday and Saturday, those rehearsals will be highly important. *
This performance will be performed in person in front of a live audience. Under the current school guidelines this performance is scheduled to be performed unmasked. If you choose to wear a mask for the performance that will be a matter of individual choice. If masking becomes mandatory in the district, we will address masking for the performance.   *
This performance will be video recorded and made available for at home use and online on platforms such as Youtube for marketing purposes and to promote the show for future production opportunities.  *
