Release-based class with Kara Brody
This class is rooted in floor work, release-based, and somatic practices. Students will be taken through a series of sequences that will progress from the floor to standing, building practical skills to move more efficiently in the body and in space. This low-stakes class encourages a space to find community as we groove, sweat, and shake together. Those with a movement based practice are encouraged for this class!
