Anabaptist Climate Collaborative and the Mennonite Central Committee Washington Office are planning a climate advocacy day on January 11, 2024, to advocate for maintaining funding for the clean energy provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act. Accompanied by MCC and ACC staff, participants will meet congressional staff on that day. The current plan is to have delegations representing the districts including Harrisonburg, VA, Lancaster, PA, and Goshen, IN. We will coordinate transportation and host attendees in Washington, both to prepare in advance and on Capitol Hill.
