This 1:1 LEADERSHIP COACHING OPPORTUNITY is for global development professionals who are interested in becoming even more effective leaders.

Coaching is a collaborative, confidential partnership created between the coach and leader to unlock the leader’s potential and maximize his or her performance. Skilled coaches foster a dynamic, thought-provoking conversational and trusting relationship with a leader. The purpose of coaching is to achieve the leader’s self-identified goals and desired outcomes through: clarifying beliefs and values, enhancing the ability to learn, and identifying new ways to leverage skills and strengths.

To be considered, you must be:
- A registered participant of the 2023 Women in Global Development Leadership Forum or have enrolled in another qualifying WILD event, eg. The Women of Color: Build Your Community & Advance Your Career course
-  Committed to your professional development and the time this requires.

Certified leadership coaches involved in this program offer their services pro-bono. Further, WILD and EthicalCoach invest significant time in organizing this pro-bono coaching program. We ask that anyone who completes this application be prepared to make the necessary commitment of their time, and in turn, respect the time commitment of others involved.

6 months of Leadership Coaching will be conducted from October, 2022 - April, 2023. Candidates will be required to actively participate in approximately 2 coaching sessions of 50 minutes per month, dates and times to be agreed upon with their assigned coach.
