For the third time in Berlin, this year with more tracks: 4-days LAMBADA INTENSIVE WEEKEND IN BERLIN with Ariel & Leticia! This time, Caroline Haugsted will be with us, too, for a part of the Teachers course and the Solo class. Ariel & Leticia and Caroline Haugsted are known for delivering very high quality class content, with a lot of knowledge in didactics and methodology. If you want to know more about the artists and their philosophy, they have many short teaching videos on their Instagram profile.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

We will have 3 main packages including the GROUP CLASSES, and 3 more add-on tracks as FOCUSED GROUPS, depending on your level and current goal, (and your energy 😉).

The GROUP CLASSES Thursday - Sunday will focus on how to become creative with the Lambada structures, by combining any Block A with any Block B, and how to build your own combinations and variations within the structures you know. You will experiment the importance of the Pause, and how to "spice up" your Lambada structures in a free dance. If you have taken part in the Lambada Mastery, this knowledge will help you a lot.
For intermediate and advanced dancers, there is the option to replace the Basic Structure class with a PRIVATE CLASS IN A SMALL GROUP. Pre-requisite for private class: knowledge of all Lambada basic structures and registration with partner (no rotation).

The FOCUSED GROUPS have the goal to dig deeper in different aspects, taking place in a small group of max. 8 participants, and have a more individual approach:

If you are a Br. Zouk or Lambada teacher, or you plan to start teaching Lambada soon, the TEACHERS TRACK will give you give you a theoretical and practical approach to Lambada and Zouk today. A detailed description you find in the Facebook event. It will consist of a theoretical part (4,5h), held by Caroline Haugsted and Ariel & Leticia, as well as a practical part, to help how to translate Br. Zouk techniques to Lambada and vice versa.
The BR. ZOUK / LAMBADA TRANSLATION TRACK track can also be booked separately.

The SOLO TRACK consists of solo exercises for lines and posture with Caroline (all styles! Not Lambada specific!). In a small group, she will give a lot of individual feedback and recommendations for each dancer on what to work on, in order to improve balance, basic technique, and more conscience for your body.
