4K Placement Preference for 2024-2025
To help us ensure the best possible placement for your child, please complete the form below to the best of your ability. Your preferences will be considered but are not a guarantee for placement. There are several factors that we need to analyze class placements including staffing, transportation requests, daycare schedules, IEPs, and appropriate class sizes. Incomplete forms will be moved to a low priority status.
