The Next Steps Specialist will be responsible for carrying out daily activities and responsibilities with The Milliken Corporation and all the other brands. For this role the Milliken team needs someone who is passionate about personal development, have a strong work ethic and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to planning, executing, and carrying out next steps. There must be a level of comfort in communicating and building relationships with employees and leading the charge with business development in order to help our team take the next steps towards totally crushing their goals. This will be a year round full time position.
