Madison Waldorf School's
Summer in the Garden is excited to welcome your child(ren)! Please fill out the initial registration below as completely as possible (one for per child). This registration will hold a spot for your child for one week until payment is received; available spots will be filled in order of payment received until all spots are filled. Once payment is received, your child(ren)'s enrollment is complete.
You may enroll your child(ren) for one or both weeks. Weekly cost is $315 per child for full day; $250 for half day. Withdrawal dates and refunds (exemptions made for medical reasons) are as follows:
- Withdrawal before April 1: 90% refund returned to you
- Withdrawal before May 1: 75% refund returned to you
- Withdrawal before June 1: 50% refund returned to you
- Withdrawal on or after June 1: no refund
