TOS
Image Rights:
- Commissioners own a non-commercial license to artwork and can share, crop, add text, or purchase custom merchandise.
- Commissioner may request a commercial license to the artwork, and I can provide a discussion on additional cost and usage.
- Artist maintains commercial rights to the artwork such as use in merchandise or in image collections, etc. (I will do my best to request permission for both.)
I will not draw the following:
- Sexualization of gore, violence, death, underaged characters, or human waste (read as: peepee, poopoo, vomit, stank, etc).
- Themes or imagery of which I am morally opposed (e.g. hate symbols)
- Individually owned characters who do not belong to the commissioner, except with prior approval of said character owner. (read as: other people's OCs/sonas)
This list is not comprehensive, so if you are unsure please send me a message before continuing with this form.
Approval, Payment, and Cancellation:
- I will contact potential commissioners before beginning any work or payment.
- For simpler work, a thumbnail sketch will be provided for approval followed by an invoice of the full amount.
- For more complex work, commissioners will be permitted 50% payment after the sketch and 50% on completion.
- After payment, the artist or commissioner may cancel the commission for any reason.
- A refund for canceled commissions will be provided to the commissioner up to 80% of the original quoted price depending on completed work to that point. Full refunds may be made under certain circumstances. Please take this into consideration!
- No full res completed images will be provided until payment has been completed.
Additional Notes:
- Complex characters (read: difficult patterns, anatomy, or costumes) may require additional charges. I will try to be forthright and inform you before sending an invoice if this is necessary.
