The results of the Arctic Bikepacking Trail Projects (2020-2023) are finally coming out with the first 7 gravel bikepacking routes and 5 MTB bikepacking routes published for the summer of 2022. The first set of routes consists of roughly 2000km of gravel, quad-track and single-track covering the area from the Arctic Circle in the Southern Finnish Lapland to the Arctic Ocean in Northern Norway. The second set of routes, additional 1000km, is already also on the way, forming a total of 3000km route network connecting the villages, wilderness areas, natural parks, and wilderness shelters of the Arctic for the summer of 2023.
