Description:
In this interactive workshop you will discussed the role you as a leader plays, in creating 'Buzz', managing public relations. Other topics include how to 'Brief' and be on brand. Discuss how you and your team need to have a clear picture of what your purpose is, and why that is important to fans.
Some questions to consider ahead:
- Have we figured out how to use social media, to our advantage?
- Is there such a thing as too much internal communication from the chair?
- What are errors that we repeat, or should be avoided?
