If none, type 'O'. Player memberships are currently $85 each.
How many trial memberships do you need? *
If none, type 'O'. Note trial memberships cannot be used for national qualifiers. Trial memberships are currently $15 each.
How many trial member upgrades do you need? *
If none, type 'O'. Trial member upgrades are currently $70 each.
Do you need your team membership included in this invoice as well? *
$290 membership plus $5 licensing fee ($295 total)
Have you already registered your team on Sports Engine and requested to be invoiced? *
