This form is designed to allow 2023-24 Masterpiece FMA-FLL teams in the NJ-North and PA-East Regions to sign up for Official FIRST Regional Qualifying Tournaments or RQTs and Explore Festivals. These are administered by FIRST Mid-Atlantic and run by our wonderful Event Organizations and their dedicated staff. Please take the time to read the descriptions of each entry.

Important Note: In the first two weeks of registration, because of the influx of requests, we will be delaying publishing of results to be sure all records are properly processed. Sometimes coaches make mistakes and we want to help them correct them so they can be processed.

Important Notice: FMA will not be collecting the registration fees. Instead you will be paying the individual Event Organizations. Each organization will have their own payment methods and policies. These will be spelled out on the invoice that will be generated and sent to you.

Once you tell us who you are and how you will be paying you will go though 3 steps to enter your team's information.
1) Select your Region and Program.
What region (NJ-North, PA-East) and FLL Program (Explore, Challenge) will all these teams be part of? You can only enter teams in 1 region and program. If you cover FLL Explore teams and FLL Challenge teams, you enter one program first and call the registration screen again to enter the other.

2) Select Your Top Three Events.
Under your Region and Program, there will be a number of events. You select your first, second and third choices.  While Google Forms allows it, DO NOT select the same event twice or three times. If you do this and the event is full, you will be locked out or other events until we correct what you did. 

3) Enter Your Teams For the Event in that Program (Explore or Challenge)
Single Team(s): If you are a coach of 1 team, then you simply enter only your team number. (Just the numbers no other text!) Pretty please, absolutely no team names!!!! If you have teams in both Explore and Challenge you need to make entries in 2 separate forms one for Explore and another for Challenge.

Multiple Team(s): If you are an administrator or coach of multiple teams, you will enter the numbers separated with commas and spaces for readability.

!!!!! Important Note !!!! : You must leave spaces between numbers.  
BAD 1: 345,234,123,798,593,617        (This just looks like a giant number!!!!)
BAD 2: 345, 234, 123, 798, 593,           (Trailing commas are bad form!!!!)


If entering multiple teams and one of your group wants RQT X as First choice and the other group wants RQT Y as first choice then you need to create 2 different forms indicating X or Y as the first preference. Each team will get there own invoice.

Note: If you enter teams that are not yours, you will get an email in a few days indicating there is an error. You can respond with the corrections.  This will delay processing your request.
