Please use this form to submit your ECA student's weekly order of lunch meals. This order form must be submitted no later than 6pm each Sunday. Only one week must be submitted at at time. Meals will be delivered to students at the ECA campus. LPSS provides a monthly lunch menu. Be sure to refer to that menu for weekly lunch options. Using this form, students are allowed to select the days they want lunch or they can order for the whole week. Be sure to check off all days you want lunch. Failure to check off the boxes will result in NO lunch being delivered. All students eat FREE during the 2023-2024 school year.
This form does not require the selection of individual meal items; it is an order for daily meals for the upcoming week for the ECA student. Parents/guardians should submit one order form for their student each week. Upon submission, parents will receive a confirmation email. Reminder, the link will close on Sundays at 6pm. The link will reopen on Thursdays at noon for the next week. We cannot add students at the last minute. Plan ahead!
