Federation Form B - Dues and Archive Fees
The purpose of Form B is to declare the number of Members and determine the dues and archive fees to remit. The deadline for submitting Form B is February 1st.  [Note:  Please make sure to hit submit after completion of this form.]

Dues paid after the deadline increase by $0.50 per member. Dues not paid by May 31st will result in a club being considered inactive.
