We know that sometimes your schedules change and you might need to request a new day/time for your Gymnast.

Please fill out this short form to request a change of class. All LWGC members have priority over the waiting list if you'd like to move class.

IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD YOU'D LIKE TO MOVE TO ANOTHER CLASS - PLEASE FILL OUT ONE FORM PER CHILD.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU REQUEST A MOVE WE WILL MOVE YOUR CHILD AS SOON AS THE SPACE IS AVAILABLE, SO IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, PLEASE LET US KNOW STRAIGHT AWAY.
