Civic Humanities Project Application

Be aware that you will need to opt-in to participate for 2 hours of transferable college credit. If you decide to complete the course for college credit, please submit a supplementary application, including a copy of your high school transcript (or ask your counselor to send it for you) and a written letter of recommendation (which may be from one of the two references you've named below).  Please have those materials sent directly to: Dr. Stuart Patterson at skpatterson@noctrl.edu.

Please provide the names of two individuals (other than your parents or guardians) with whom you authorize us to speak regarding this application who can give an account of your work and character (teachers, counselors, principals, coaches, employers, pastors or priests, or others you may choose).

In addition to a letter of recommendation, in order for you to earn college credit for the summer seminars we will need a copy of your high school transcript.
