Basic Event Details:
90 minutes (see Event Format question below for party options) - Can not be extended
$100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve
$375 - Minimum - up to 10 attendees for 90 minutes

Once food is served, participants may NOT return to the equipment. If open gym is selected instead of food option for final 30 minutes, only bottled beverages may be served.

*I understand that I am required to provide a final attendee count ONE WEEK before the scheduled event. (necessary for staffing purposes) This does not include parents, grandparents, etc who are not active participants. *

Pizza delivery option
Provided by Nikoli's Pizza in Camp Hill (Old Gettysburg Road)
XL 18" cheese pizza (cut into either 8 or 16 slices) - $20 plus tax (delivery/gratuity included)
Pepperoni can be added for an additional charge.
Vegan and Gluten Free options available upon request - pricing TBD
Pizza order needs to be provided ONE WEEK before event along with participant count.

You can bring your own pizza or other food. You are not required to purchase anything through The Depot. 
I understand that if I choose to bring food, a table and chairs will be set up for the participants. The Depot does NOT supply table covers, plates, napkins, utensils, beverages, etc.

Thank you for completing our Private Event Request Form. Please watch your email for a proposed date and time based on your request. A link to create an account and add your credit card information will also be provided at that time. We will hold the date for 3 days (72 hours) without the $100 deposit. At the end of that period, we will release the hold. Please reply to the email at your earliest convenience to secure your reservation.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
