Become an integral part of an acclaimed off-Broadway company and experience theater as you never have before. At Classic Stage Company, we focus on plays from the past, but we know it’s important to keep a clear eye on the future – that's you! As a CSC NextGen member, you’ll see plays, go behind the scenes, meet artists and theater professionals, learn new theater skills, and lead special events for your peers.

Complete this online application no later than Monday, May 20 at 5:00 PM. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and early submissions are highly encouraged. Remember to upload any optional supplementary materials you would like to include (letter of recommendation and/or video response) when submitting this form. 

Selected applicants will be contacted regarding a brief interview no later than Friday, May 24. Please note: These interviews are informal and an opportunity for students to share more about their interests and ask questions about what to expect in NextGen.  

Interviews will take place on a rolling basis through Friday, May 31 and will be scheduled in consultation with the applicants to ensure their availability. Applicants who are invited to join NextGen will be notified by Monday, June 3.
