The Stopping As Success+ (SAS+) team is looking to better assist our partners with their transition needs, and connect development actors to additional support outside of SAS+ resources and networks on partnership transitions. The CoP will focus on International and Local leadership priorities.

We are hoping that this CoP will be a place where you can freely share your experiences relating to the act of responsible transitioning, creating a demand-driven space for open conversations and exchange of lessons across practitioners, locally-led organisations and international organisations. Therefore the space is receptive to change and transformation as the participants' needs evolve.
