New HS Women's Lacrosse Officials Training Registration - 2023
Thank you for applying to become an 18+ Women's Lacrosse Official. Please fill out this registration form if you are available for our upcoming training.

This is a USA Lacrosse Official's Training for women's lacrosse. After completing this training, you will become a USA Lacrosse Certified Official. You MUST attend both classroom trainings and the on-field training in order to complete the required training hours.

Classroom Training:
Option 1 –  Wednesday and Thursday, February 1st & 2nd, 6:00 - 9:00 PM @ Intermountain Lacrosse (Murray)
Option 2 – Wednesday and Thursday, February 8th & 9th, 6:00 - 9:00 PM @ Timpanogos High School Theater
Option 3 – Wednesday and Thursday, February 15th & 16th, 6:00 - 9:00 PM @ Cache Valley area

Field Training:
TBD based on game schedules. Usually the first Saturday of March
