We're so glad you shared your creative work with us for our third local arts calendar! We are excited to get the calendar to the printer and to have our release event on
in downtown Murfreesboro. We hope you can be with us--we plan to recognize all photographers and artists, and to have all the poets read their work. We'll share more about this event soon.
Now you can help us out by pre-ordering the number of calendars you'd like. (While we do order some extra calendars, pre-ordering helps our process considerably). As in past years, this will be
a high-quality, 12 x 18 (when open), full-color calendar featuring the creative work of more than forty area residents. Calendars are individually shrink-wrapped and reinforced for safe shipping.
As you may recall, you will receive one contributor copy as part of our thank you for your contribution. To make our bookkeeping a bit easier, we'd love for you to use the options below to consider ordering copies to share with friends and family.
This year, our partner, the Rutherford Arts Alliance, will be helping us disburse contributor stipends. The RAA will be requiring that you fill out a W-9 (which we will email to you) for their recordkeeping; however, they will not be issuing you a 1099 for this income since it is well below the $600 IRS threshold.
On the form below, you can specify if you want to collect the stipend in full, or apply some or all of it to additional calendars. Note that YOUR cost, as a contributor, is $15 per calendar. (The cost to the public is $20 per calendar.) This will help with the light math we ask of you below.
