Thank you for your interest in our One Day Off-Site Clinic at the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Foundation.

This off-site clinic will be held at the New Jersey Vietnam Era Museum located at
1 Memorial Lane in Holmdel, NJ, on Thursday, December 1st, from 8 am to 4:30 pm

Attending teachers will receive 8.5 hours of Professional Development Credit.

The cost is $35 if you register through the NCSS and that would require you to register for the Conference as well. For more information on the Conference, please visit www.ncss.org

Through this form, you are registering at the New Jersey Educator Discounted rate of $25 and will ONLY be registered for this clinic. Lunch and materials are included in this cost.
