The project includes a 10-month programme directed towards the capacity building and competence development of youth work professionals, youth leaders, community mediators and educators (from formal and non-formal sectors) that are directly working at the local level with groups of young people addressing extreme polarisation dynamics.
                         
The main phases of the programme include:

 - Spring Training Course: Tunisia 24 - 30 March 2022 (arrival and departure dates)
 - Local Activities: to be develop from April till September 2022
 - Autumn Seminar: Barcelona: 30 September - 6 October 2022 (arrival and departure dates)
