FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - Thank you for considering being a foster for NHR. You will need to carefully read the entire agreement and sign before being considered for fostering. We will also be scheduling a yard/home check for any fosters that are being considered by NHR. Do you understand this? *
FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that if approved to foster, the animal in my care is the property of NHR and I do not have the right to harm, sell, give away, or provide any type of medical treatment without the permission from one of NHR's board Members. FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to transport NHR pets in my care to and from appointments set by NHR for veterinary appointments, possible adoption events, and arrangements with prospective adopters. FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that NHR can, at any time, change their decision on my ability to foster, and that I am at no time ever to commit NHR to any owner surrender animals or rescue pulls without discussion and approval by a NHR Board Member. FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that there is always a slight risk that the foster animal could harbor a contagious illness. My animals are currently vaccinated and should they or a family member happen to become ill as a result of my foster pet, I will not hold NHR responsible. I understand the possibility of risk of transferring disease-causing microorganisms during animal-handling activities from NHR animals to myself and to my own personal animals or vice versa (examples: giardia, mange, ringworm, etc.) and I understand that I am expected to use all precautionary measures possible if fostering an ill animal by using gloves and disinfecting often with NHR provided supplies.
