Hosts: Green Clean Pros, The Playful Space, The Open Door Network

WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN US AND SUPPORT THIS IMPORTANT COMMUNITY EVENT!

We are seeking volunteers to assist with various stations at the festival.

Event + Vendor Set Up (7 am - 8:45 am)

Assist hosts and vendors with unloading vehicles, setting up event, vendor booth layout, assembling booths.

Welcome Booth (8:45 am - 2 pm)

We need several volunteers to assist with greeting visitors, provide general event info and use a clicker counter to track number attendees.

*Facepainting (9 am - 2 pm)

Paint from a selection of simple Earth Day related images using provided supplies.

*Reserved for local high school student volunteers.

Take Down (2 pm - 3 pm)

Assist vendors with dis-assembling their booths and loading vehicles.

Clean Up (2 pm - 3 pm)

Assist event hosts with cleaning up the event grounds and trash pickup.
