If you have a course that is offered in multiple formats (in-person, livestream webinar, and/or online self-paced), if the number of contact hours, objectives, competency is the SAME for all formats, you may submit it as 1 application and a $25 service fee/course will be added for processing. If you offer a single course in multiple formats and the number of contact hours, objectives, competency is DIFFERENT for certain formats, you must clearly specify this in the price quote and application and a $50 service fee will be added to your quote for each course that is offered in this manner.
Would you like a price quote for ALL 50 states (where we file on your behalf in unapproved states) OR core states only. NOTE: the unapproved state fees will be itemized and we can always remove them from the quote if needed. If you want something very specific, please note that in "other" *
