Financial need for alleviating the costs of short-term therapy (up to 3 months)
Willingness to attend weekly appointments that are scheduled 12 weeks consecutively. PMT is unable to offer rescheduling appointments.
"No show" to an appointment is a disqualification to the funded services.

If awarded a grant, Piedmont Music Therapy will fund up to 3 months in music therapy treatment costs for in-person appointments at PMT's Main Clinic. This would include the first appointment of a New Client Assessment or Revaluation Assessment, with 11 individual or group sessions subsequently after client's fit with music therapy treatment is determined.
Top priorities will be clients age 18+ since there are less grants available to that age group.
PMT may terminate this grant opportunity based upon available funding.
