ILE CHIEF ANISULAJA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
We thank you for your interest in joining our Ifa Family. We have had the paperwork/registration for the Ile done for some time now. However, with travel, divinations and our ebo schedule the official launch has been pushed back. That said, I am putting out this application now, anyway. Ideally, the Ile will be functioning by the end of the Summer.

Our Ile is remote and is membership (fee) based. Yes, it is possible to have a remote Ile. Keep in mind that you are not automatically accepted into the Ile because you complete this form. The purpose of this Ile is to educate and perpetuate the education of traditional Yoruba Isese and to assist you in your life's journey.

Do you have the discipline to follow directives and rules of the Ile even if they may be difficult? (No rule or directives will be given that will cause you or others harm.)

We believe in spiritual health, physical and mental health. If seeing a professional in any of these fields is suggested or a directive from Ifa, will you be willing to follow through with it?

Some of the things discussed in the Ile are to remain confidential and private based on our traditional practices. Are you willing and able to keep that confidentiality for the betterment of not only yourself but the Ile? This means that unless a member of this Ile, some of what is taught or shared with the Ile is NEVER to leave the Ile.
