If you cancel or do not attend a booked course you will be charged as follows (this only applies to courses over £50):
More than 30 days            No charge
Between 15 days and 30 days            30% of course fee
Between 7 days and 14 days    60% of course fee
Between 1 day and 6 days            Full course fee

The charges below only applies to free courses for SLA members and discounted courses for network members:
