Festival Assistants:

Here’s your chance to have fun and provide supervision and security, too! Assist with a variety of cultural arts and craft activities. Be a play leader for various games and assist the Stage Manager.


Festival Floaters:

Must be generally willing to help out as needed. Floaters are especially needed when there are shortages in other areas.


Festival Set Up:

Festival Set up is before the festival you will need to be able to help where is needed in preparation for the Festival.

Festival Volunteers are required to (1) attend the Volunteer Orientation Session and (2) cover at least one 4-hour shift.

Mandatory Volunteer Orientation:

We want to make sure that we’re all on the same page in order to make this spectacular event a success. Each volunteer must attend the Backwoods and Bonfires Music Festival Volunteer Orientation in order to serve.

Shift Assignments:

There are three shifts scheduled for the day before and or day of the festival (see chart below). Volunteers may select to work more than one shift on the same day,

SHIFT #1: 6/23/23 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

SHIFT #2: 6/23/23 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

SHIFT #3: 6/23/23 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

SHIFT #4: 6/23/23 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

SHIFT #5: 6/23/23 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

SHIFT #6: 6/24/23 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
